You'll visit between four and six distilleries—including Belgrove, Old Kempton, Overeem, Lark, Spring Bay and Sullivans Cove—sampling single malts and learning how each maker approaches their craft. What to expect

You'll be collected in the morning and driven between distilleries in a climate-controlled vehicle. At each stop, a guide or distillery staff walks you through their production methods, then you taste their signature releases. The pace is relaxed—expect 45 minutes to an hour at each venue. You'll break for lunch (at a spot of the operator's choosing) where you can eat independently. The itinerary adjusts day-to-day depending on availability and weather, so the specific distilleries visited may shift, though you'll always hit equivalent quality producers. Bring sturdy shoes and dress for changeable weather.
