What to expect
The day starts with a gentle walk through Coombabah Lake Conservation Park, where you'll watch kangaroos grazing and spot koalas in the trees—bring binoculars and move quietly. Then it's up the mountain to the Manor, a heritage spot where you'll settle in with proper scones and tea whilst the views open up behind you. Gallery Walk is a pleasant wander through independent shops selling local pottery, jewellery, and art. The final stretch takes you to a high vantage point where the entire Gold Coast sprawls out: beaches, hinterland ridges, and city towers all at once.
