What to expect
You'll start with a foot and lower leg health check, then soak your feet in warm water tanks whilst the fish do the work—a ticklish but oddly relaxing sensation as they nibble away dead skin. Staff provide personal booties, towels, and document your session with photos and video. Everything is sterilised before and after, including your feet. The whole experience takes 15 minutes from arrival to departure. It's quirky and conversation-starting rather than deeply therapeutic.
