About this tour
Spend an afternoon sampling wines and craft beers across the Hastings region north of Sydney. This 5.5-hour small-group or private tour takes you to three or four handpicked producers—boutique wineries and a local brewery—where you'll taste what's being made on the Mid North Coast. A local guide leads tastings at each stop, walks you through production methods, and points out the vineyard landscape between venues. Designed for couples and friends after an unpretentious regional tasting day out.

What to expect
Your guide collects you and drives a small group through rural Port Macquarie and surrounding farmland. At each winery, you'll stand at the cellar door, taste 3–4 wines, and chat with staff about how they're made. Wednesday through Saturday tours add a brewery stop where you sample a padddle of their current range. Between venues, you'll see rolling vineyards, grazing paddocks, and glimpses of the coast. The whole experience moves at a relaxed clip—this is about savouring what's made locally, not ticking boxes. Bring an appetite; food isn't included.
Good to know
Bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor tastings. Lunch isn't provided, so eat beforehand or plan to grab something en route. Tasting fees are covered, but gratuities aren't—tip if you'd like. Prams and infant seats available; service animals welcome.
