3-Day Uluru Safari
Designed for those wanting a comfortable but adventurous small group tour. Spend three days exploring the highlights of the Red Centre including Uluru, Kata Tjuta and Kings Canyon. At night time enjoy spacious twin share tents with proper beds lights and linen, and a different variety of quality meals compared to regular tours. In addition to your guide, a host will also be on board (when group numbers exceed 8 people).

DAY 1:: ALICE SPRINGS TO ULURU
From busy Alice Springs set off to explore the ancient wonder of Uluru. Stop at an authentic outback camel farm with an optional camel ride (at your own expense). Arrive at the Yulara campsite for lunch before hiking around the magnificent Uluru. Finish the day watching the Red Centre sunset with sparkling wine and nibbles in hand! (LD) |
DAY 2:: KATA TJUTA (THE OLGAS) AND KINGS CANYON REGION
Experience day breaking over the rolling domes of Kata Tjuta. Enjoy an 8km hike through the spectacular Valley of the Winds. En route to Kings Canyon, travel through the rolling red dunes that are the hallmark of Central Australia. (BLD)DAY 3:: WATARRKA NATIONAL PARK (KINGS CANYON) TO ALICE SPRINGS
Within the imposing Kings Canyon, discover the Lost City and the Garden of Eden on a 7km hike. Admire the towering walls, crevices and plateau of magical Watarrka National Park where photo opportunities abound. Stop for a bite to eat before making the journey back to the remote centre of Alice Springs. (BL)
